Brew House 100 HL , 16°P and 4 – 5 brews/day

This brew house was manufactured new in 2014 and never installed. It was totally pre-assembled in BW Procestechniek’s (manufacturer) workshop after manufacturing and then all parts were carefully marked and packed in wooden crates ready for sea transportation. The project was subsequently cancelled and the equipment was placed in a warehouse without opening. This is the status of the equipment today.

The installation costs of this brewery are minimum due to it being prefabrication during manufacturing.

DESCRIPTION OF EQUIPMENT

This is a complete cold brew line with 112 hl mash tun, 155 hl worth pool, Meura Craft Junior mash filter and 130 hl whirlpool. It is designed for 100 hl / brew and 4-5 brews / day annual capacity is around 100 000 – 120 000 hl. Around the chassis there is a walking platform with matching handrail and stairs for operation of the filter and vessels. System pipes, valves, cable chains are attached to this platform. The delivery also includes a central control cabinet in which all the controls of the brew house are installed. The compressed air valves and Siemens S7 PLC are also placed in this central cabinet. The software is very simple and can operate automatically by process block or completely manually. Equipment is in supplied in new condition.

• Opening and closing of the filter: hydraulically

• Drain spent grain: open rubber conveyor

Whirlpool:

• Internal diameter: 3,400 mm

• External diameter: 3,600 mm
