MACHINERY AVAILABLE:

• 3 x 4,000 liters/h tanks for the preparation of pasteurized product, especially stirrer. The three tanks can handle three different types of products at the same time.
• 1 x pump for the type of finished product of 3.5 mc/h – 2 Bar, 0.75 kW
• 1 x 500 liter tank for the preparation of additives, including pump 6 mc/h, 1, 5 Bar, 1kW
• 1 x 4,000 liter tank for sugar dissolution. Note: the dissolution of the sugar is completely automatic; each tank has a weight unit for automatic control
• 1 x vertical heat exchanger (heat exchanger tube) of 18×0, 8 Delta T: 20-24°C.
• 1 x 1,500 liter hopper and screw feeder 8,000 kg/h.

PASTEURIZATION UNIT (PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER):

• Warming stage: heat exchanger for heating steam plates, 12,000 l / h, delta T of 50°C to 60°C.
• Heat recovery stage of 12,000 l/h
• Cooling stage: plate heat exchanger, 12000 l / h, Delta T 70° -25°C
• 1 x control panel with PLC SIEMENS S7
• Premix Ave for 12,000 l / h
